My friend and blog-queen Annie has updated me to Word Press version something-or-other. I got some pretty funky stuff when I first pulled it up after the update, so if this page looks all squirrelly, try hitting the “refresh” key. Apparently, your cache may be confused, and we certainly don’t want any confused caches out there!

At the same time, I had her delete my blogroll. I have taken to doing most of my blog surfing via a feed reader, and rarely used the blogroll myself anymore. With the feed reader, I can easily add blogs as they catch my eye (and delete them if the author gets too full of him/herself) without worrying about hurting anyone’s feelings.

Still, I believe that linking from blogs you enjoy is a great way to discover new ones. So I encourage everyone to link to other blogs via the comments section. I find that good blog writers tend to be good comment writers. So if someone piques your curiosity through a comment, click on through!

By the way, I was going to include a link to Annie’s blog (http://banannie.com/blog) but whenever I click on the link gizmo, a blank white box pops up and follows me around the screen like a lost puppy.

UPDATE: the little puppy dog is still around when I use the Visual Editor (WYSIWYG), but I can work around it by using the HTML tab. It’s fun to pretend to be technically inclined. So here is Annie’s link.
