Yet Another Reason Why I Love Him

I was out the door before Mr. B this morning, heading to my weekly Bible study. From there, I went to the middle school to laminate pocket rosters so the field hockey parents can tell the players apart. Then it was off to one of my part-time jobs for a few hours, after which I stopped by to help a friend with some computer issues. It turned out that she has some life issues which are much more important, so I stayed awhile. By the time I got home, it was after three. I was a bit surprised to see that Mr. B was already home from work.

As soon as I walked in the house, however, I realized that he had never left for the office. The clutter and cat hair which covered the place this morning were nowhere to be seen. He had worked from home, and cleaned the place to boot.

I may have to actually cook that man a real meal tonight.

That really has to be the best thing a guy can do for his sweetheart. I’d rather come home to a little housework done than flowers anyday!

Good for him. I posted something about love and marriage this weekend. And…(drum roll)…I’m going to post something later on the defines what a good husband I am, too. You just might want to cook me a meal, too. ;-)
